The homecoming festivities are such memorable part of a teenagers high school experience with the coronation of the king and queen, dress up days, the home football game and the homecoming dance. Homecoming is generating a lot of excitement at Clearbrook-Gonvick this week. After being unable to hold coronation last year due to Covid-19, student council member Ella Engen and this year’s homecoming queen Dana Melby, who is also on the student council, were excited to have coronation at the school on Monday along with all the traditional homecoming activities throughout the week.

James Boutain, Bagley High School Student Council Advisor, says they brought back an old tradition at Monday night’s coronation.

The cross country and volleyball teams were in action earlier this week. The Bagley Flyers will host the Blackduck Drakes for Friday night’s football matchup followed by a glow in the dark homecoming dance to wrap up the week
