Three Conditions Added to VA Agent Orange Presumptive List

The VA has added three new conditions to its agent orange presumptive list: bladder cancer, hypothyroidism and parkinsons like symtoms. Agent Orange was an herbicide that the U.S. military used during the Vietnam War. Exposure to Agent Orange is associated with a number of medical conditions, some of which are serious. Clearwater County Veteran’s Service Officer Logan LeClair says the addition of these conditions means that many more veterans will be eligible for VA disability benefits.
If you are a Vietnam veteran and filed a claim for one of these conditions in the past, the VA will automatically review your case to see if you’re now eligible. Contact Clearwater County Veteran’s Service Officer Logan LeClair. His office is located in the Clearwater County Courthouse in Bagley.
