(Brainerd, MN) — In a release from Central Lakes College, they will be following the newly released guidelines from the CDC and will be reinstating their requirement for masks and facial coverings in any on-campus building effective Monday, August 9th.
The requirement includes all students, staff, faculty, and visitors to wear face coverings. There are no requirements for masking outdoors.
With the increase of COVID-19 case increases, along with the rise of the COVID Delta variant, CLC will do its part with the Minnesota State System with hopes of reducing the substantial levels of transmission.
Central Lakes College also recommends that all students and employees be vaccinated, with incentives being given and vaccination clinics to be set up in the coming weeks.
