Senate Majority Leader Paul Gazelka Session Highlights

In an interview last week, Senate Majority Leader Paul Gazelka looked back on the legislative session and said one of the highlights for him was the legislature approving $29 million dollars to cover the amount northern Minnesota counties were being asked to pay in the Enbridge lawsuit.
Gazelka stated that he was also pleased that the legislature was able to finally end the Governor’s emergency powers which allowed him to unilaterally close businesses, churches and schools in response to the coronavirus.
Senator Paul Gazelka i is encouraged by the support that he’s getting from various groups as he considers running for Governor.
