The Midwest Premiere Football League is hosting a youth football showcase Sunday July 25th at Brainerd High School. JJ Kern spoke with us about the MPFL and event.

Kern first explained the showcase event details.

For those unfamiliar, Kern explains what the Midwest Premiere Football is as it has transitioned from the original concept.

Kern says again that limited registration is open for kids to participate in the upcoming showcase event, as well as what parents can do to find out more about MPFL opportunities.

The Showcase event on Sunday begins with the 9U game at 10am, 11U at 11:30 and 14U at 1pm all at Brainerd High School. In addition to seeing great youth football, spectators can have a chance to win a really cool prize at the event. Kern give us the details.

Tickets are $10 for the showcase event for spectators that you can get from some area businesses, and Kern wants to give recognition to the sponsors of the MPFL that provide free opportunities for area youth to play football.
