Vince Jegtvig used a slider to put himself in the early lead and clean air. But a slight slip on lap 5 would hand the top spot over to Mathew Clark. A caution shortly after would allow Scott Jacobson to close the gap and drive by Clark on restart. He wouldn’t run away with it, however, as Brandon Ferris began to challenge for the lead as well. Ferris on top, Jacobson on the bottom, those two would race side by side for the rest of the race. Ferris would edge out Jacobson for the win., his first since 2019.
