Crow Wing County Board Discusses County Road 115 Project and More in June 22 Meeting
(BRAINERD, MN) — The Crow Wing County Board held its second regular meeting of the month of June on Tuesday.
The agenda item that commanded the bulk of the meeting was the County Road 115 project that is still in its early phases. Tim Bray from the Highway Department gave a thorough presentation on the current status of the project and its outlook.
Input from residents is still being collected, and the board approved a public hearing for the project on August 19 at 7pm.
The board also heard from Eric Flowers in Veteran Services, who gave a report that included a note on SSAP (State Soldier’s Assistance Program) Grants.
Flowers also used the time to encourage veterans who may have been exposed to Agent Orange on duty to contact the Veteran Services office to find out if they are entitled to compensation.
