The Clearwater County 4-H program was the recipient of two grants recently. The grants were for their shooting sports program and their community garden. Clearwater County 4-H Coordinator Kayla Nyegaard has details.
Nyegaard says they will be starting a community garden program for youth in June at the fairgrounds.
Upcoming 4-H programs include the horse project which begins May 18th with a safety clinic. And they are looking for volunteers to assist with starting their dog and rabbit projects. Nyegaard notes the Animal ID deadline is fast approaching for those wishing to show their animals at the fair. You need to be enrolled in 4-H and get your animals signed up by May 15th.
