Hill City School Board meeting from February 23rd

(Hill City, MN) — A new board member was sworn in with the changes to school scheduling and distance learning during the Hill City School Board Meeting Monday night.
Hill City School Superintendent Pat Rendle mentioned during his Superintendent’s Report about teachers and staff having received the COVID-19 vaccine and addressing the side effects after.
Hill City Schools are also taking a look at distance learning for the following school year.
The idea of distance learning is also bringing up ideas of potential summer school opportunities.
The Hill City School Board also approved the hiring of Sarah Kingsley as a K-12 Paraprofessional, Mendy Oukrop as Prom Advisor, and Dan Potter as Head Softball Coach for Hill City/Northland.
The Hill City School Board is next scheduled to meet on Tuesday, March 22nd at 6pm.
