(Aitkin, MN) — Former Wildlife Management officer Dave Dickey continued to provide the information grey wolf management, deer feeding bans, and much more with our monthly conversation.
Dickey spoke how the State Management of the Grey Wolf, starting back on January 4th, is split in Aitkin County with different regulations for protection of livestock and your livelihood.
Deer feeding bans remain in effect for Aitkin County as a means to limit the spread of Chronic Wasting Disease.
Spring is just right around the corner, and that means Spring Turkey Hunting.
Applications to hunt Season A-C in the Mille Lacs, Carlos Avery, and Whitewhite WMAs are due February 12th.
