Ada-Borup Elementary Moves into New Classrooms
Ada, MN — It’s a big moment for a few Ada-Borup teachers and the next milestone for the building expansion project. Last fall, the Ada-Borup School School District approved a more than $9 million building referendum, which included a new multi-purpose gym addition, secure front entrance, office area, and more. Also included in that was an elementary classroom addition with three new classrooms to help address a shortage of space. While the rest of the projects are ways from being completed, the new elementary classrooms are ready to go and teachers began moving in this week, according to Elementary Principal Bree Tripplett.
The Elementary Classroom addition will also include flexible learning spaces and a special education program expansion. Visit the Ada-Borup Facebook Page for photos of the construction progress.
