(Hill City, MN) — The Hill City School District felt the sting of the COVID-19 shutdown back in March, but has continued to be one of the few schools in the Northland to remain with in-person learning through the 2020-21 school year.
With our Year in Review for area school districts, Hill City Schools Superintendent Pat Rendle spoke about how everyone was taken aback by the initial shutdowns.
With the plans of in-person, full distance, and a hybrid of the two learning models were to be in place before the start of school this fall, Hill City Schools had to implement what was best for the students.
The Hill City School District has kept their students with in-person learning despite a few challenges.
Superintendent Rendle is also looking forward to after the holiday break with a handful of initiatives for 2021.
