Corona Food Assistance Program through your local FSA Office

Beltrami County, MN — If you are a farmer or rancher whose operation has been directly impacted by the coronavirus pandemic the USDA has implemented Coronavirus Food Assistance Program 2.0 for agricultural producers who continue to face market disruptions and associated costs because of COVID-19. County Executive Director Nathan Peterson explains what this program does and says they’re making could progress in getting producers enrolled.
To complete the CFAP 2 application, producers will need to reference their sales, inventory, and other records. Information on additional documents is provided at farmers.gov/cfap/apply. The deadline to apply is December 11th.
