Lunch at LPA Elementary Looking Much Different this Year

Audubon, MN — The lunch room looks a little different this year at the Lake Park-Audubon Elementary. For starters, it’s much quieter and nearly empty. Lake Park-Audubon Elementary Principal Craig Bahr joined Lake Park-Audubon School News this past week and highlighted their Food Service Staff and the efforts they’re undertaking to provide a safe and delicious lunch during the COVID-19 pandemic. This year most of the students are eating in their own classroom, which Principal Bahr says presents a number of new challenges for staff.
Despite all the changes to how they serve meals this year, Principal Bahr says nothing has been sacrificed when it comes to quality.
