Recap

In a game heard on KGHS and rjbroadcasting.com, the Fort Frances Muskie girls hockey team played in the NORWOSSA semifinals against St. Thomas Aquinas out of Kenora.  The two teams had played 9 times previously with the Muskies going 5-1-3 in those games and the largest margin of victory being 3 goals.  Well, the script was not followed last night as the Muskies scored 3 times in the first period and 4 more times in the second in a 7-1 win.  Tatum Glowasky netted a hat trick, Kianna Antonick scored twice, and Abbey Kenny and Piper Cross added the other markers in the game.  Jersey Masson got the win in net.  After the game, Glowasky, who is the team captain, explains why she thinks the Muskies maybe played their best game of the season.

The Muskie girls are now onto the best of 3 game championship series against the Dryden Eagles.  Game 1 will be played tonight in Dryden with game 2 on Sunday at 52 Canadians at _______.
