Ulen, MN -- The Ulen-Hitterdal School Board held their regular monthly meeting on Wednesday, November 8th. At the meeting, the board approved a bond resolution which will allow the district to move forward with their 2.4 million dollar facility improvement project. Ulen-Hitterdal Superintendent Todd Cameron says they’re very excited to move forward with the project, which will remodel and repurpose the high school.
Coming up at the end of this week, Superintendent Cameron says they are bringing someone in to do a technology needs assessment for the district.
The School Board also held their yearly World’s Best Workforce presentation at the meeting, which Cameron says gives an overview of the progress being made in the school.
The Ulen-Hitterdal School Board also approved hiring Mark Olson as an Assistant Track Coach, Brock Nelson as a Volunteer Boys Basketball Coach, and set the Truth in Taxation meeting for December 13th at 6pm.
