(Aitkin, MN) — The Largest Music Event in Aitkin County’s History is in place this Saturday in downtown Aitkin with the Ripplesippi Music Fest preparing a full day of local music.
We had the chance to speak to event organizer Christian McShane and Peter Lowe about the idea behind the Ripplesippi Music and their love for local music.
Lowe also went on to mention the Aitkin community are pitching in their efforts with activities throughout the day, even with all of the planning done between the two of them.
The Music Fest, while looking for some added volunteer help, has a great cause for the Aitkin County Friends of the Arts.
The highlight of the Ripplesippi Music Fest includes the outdoor venue choices to allow for people to enjoy the artists while enjoying foods, craft beer, vendors, Craft Fair, and the Farmer’s Market.
The Ripplesippi Music Fest will be from 11am-10pm just outside Block North Brew Pub Saturday, August 21st. Tickets at $15 presale and $20 day of the show. To get tickets or more information, go to www.ripplesippimusicfest.com
