Norman County East School Board News & Notes from July 19th Meeting
Twin Valley, MN — The Norman County East School Board held their regular monthly meeting on Monday, July 19th. At the meeting they received a presentation from their school social worker and school counselor. Norman County East Superintendent Rob Nudell says they will be placing an emphasis on social and emotional learning this upcoming school year.
The board this week also approved putting up a few surplus items up for bid, according to Superintendent Nudell.
And plans are well underway to welcome students back into the classrooms this fall. Nudell says they are planning an open house in early September.
The Norman County East School did have a number of alumni back in the building this past weekend for the All-School Reunion. Nudell says it was nice to see people from all across the country back in the hallways and classrooms.
