REACH to Continue to Expand Footprint in Norman County
Hendrum, MN — REACH, the Rural Enrichment and Counseling Headquarters, has offered services in Norman County such as the backpack program, winter coat drive, counseling and career services, and more for the past three decades. However, they never had a physical footprint in the county until opening their REACH Reusables Thrift Store in Hendrum last year. Now they are looking to expand even their presences even further. REACH Executive Director announced last month that plans are in the works to move into a larger building in Hendrum and offer all their other services there as well.
REACH currently offers a number of counseling services for a wide range of issues, including marriage, mental health, parenting, and sexual, physical, and emotional abuse. However in Hendrum, they plan on also offering counseling for those specifically involved in agriculture as well, according to Chisholm.
