Offices closed for Memorial Day, Crow Wing County Highway Maintenance continues

(Brainerd, MN) — Crow Wing County offices and the Highway Department are closed today in observance of Memorial Day, but crews are available and will respond to road emergencies if needed. 

County Maintenance crews will perform spray patching operations on CSAH 2, from the Crow/Mille Lacs County line west to CSAH 8 in Pine Center throughout the week.

The County’s contractor crews will perform crack sealing operations on Unorganized 1st Assessment roads, CSAHs 48, 23, 25, 45, 2, 59, and County Roads 124 and 170.

Gravel smoothing work will take place on northern county and Unorganized, 1st Assessment gravel roads early in the week. A contractor will also be performing dust control operations on portions of County Roads 105 and 106, CSAH 36, and Unorganized, 1st Assessment Roads.

County maintenance crews will be patching potholes on various county roads early in the week.
