Crow Wing County Board Meeting from May 25
(BRAINERD, MN) — The Crow Wing County Board held its second regular meeting of the month of May on Tuesday.
The first of the topics that received noteworthy discussion was a Small Cities Development Grant through MN DEED. This grant related to the implementation of broadband and would serve over 900 homes in the area.
Following a brief presentation by CTC, the grant application was approved unanimously.
The board then heard from Land Services on a few issues, one of which was administration of the Wetland Conservation Act (WCA) in the city of Ironton.
The board ultimately agreed to the administration unanimously.
Land services also requested support for the Brainerd Watershed One plan and its cultivation, which was also approved unanimously.
