(Brainerd, MN) — The Crow Wing County Highway Department will be picking up their Spring projects in the coming days across the County.

Maintenance crews will be performing crack sealing operations on CSAH 22 from TH 25 to County Road 8, on CSAH 26 in Garrison Township, CSAH 11, and County Road 105 in Unorganized Dean Lake Township throughout the week.

Crack Sealing will also be done with the County’s contractor crew on CSAH 16 from Peoria to CSAH 66 early in the week and then CSAH 30 in Wolford Township and CSAH 33 (3rd Street Crosby) later in the week.

A contractor will also be performing culvert rehabilitation work on culverts in County Ditch 13, under the Paul Bunyan State Trail to preserve the culverts and to reduce disruption to the ditch’s flow, motor traffic and pedestrians.

Gravel shoulder reclaim work will also be done on all gravel roads. Seasonal load limits remain in effect on county gravel roads 105, 56, 106, 141, 36, and Unorganized Dean Lake Township roads due to soft subgrade conditions.
