North-Central Frost Zone Spring Weight Restrictions ended

(Brainerd, MN) — Monday, May 3rd marked the end of the Spring Weight Restrictions on Crow Wing County roads in the North-Central Frost Zone.

According to the Commissioner of Transportation, roads in the North-Central Frost Zone, from TH 210 and TH 18 in Crow Wing County, are now allowed to be traveled on after gravel roads were initially closed off due to poor soil conditions. Restrictions end for Crow Wing County Roads 129, 132, 139, and 149 in the southern part of the County. Restrictions still remain in place at this time for all gravel roads north of TH 210 and TH 18.
