(Minnesota) — The Minnesota Commissioner of Transportation has announced the end of Spring Weight Restrictions for the Central Frost Zone.

Vehicles traveling on roads south of Crow Wing County TH 210 and TH 18 are now able to come and go with the weight on any single axle exceeding 5 tons on any unpaved street or highway; or 10 tons on a paved street or highway unless posted otherwise.

Due to poor soil conditions with the spring thaw and frost coming out of the ground, restrictions still remain in place for Crow Wing County Road 129, 132, 139, and 149.
