Hill City Council still in search of new Council member after April 13th meeting

(Hill City, MN) — The City of Hill City Council discussed the search for a new Council member and reviewed important concerns regarding City Hall updates during their regular meeting on Tuesday, April 13th from the City Hall Community Room.
Hill City Mayor Sean Lathrop noted of the lengthy Public Forum which included conversations about the Enbrdige Line 3 Pipeline, the Hill City Chamber of Commerce, Insurance renewals, and the Capital Improvement Plan.
The Maintenance/Water/Sewer report with the Council featured changes in seasonal duties and charges in service within the City.
The Council reviewed the open Council seat, that has not drawn any interest from residents, and the next steps.
Discussion was also spoken about fire clean-up and efforts to display flowers throughout Hill City.
The City of Hill City Council will next meet on Tuesday, April 27th.
