Knights of Columbus Final Walleye Fish Fry of Lenten Season
Ada, MN — Join the Knights of Columbus Council #8280 for their 3rd and final Drive-thru Walleye Fish Fry of the Lenten season this tonight at the St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Ada. This fish fry will also be a fundraiser for Erica Kritzberger and her family. Kritzberger is currently battling cancer. Dave Steen with the Knights of Columbus says they’ve had outstanding success with their previous two drive-thru fish fries this year and are anticipating another good crowd tonight.
Along with a great turnout of guests, the Knights of Columbus are thankful to have a great lineup of volunteers to help out. Steen says they’ve developed a pretty efficient system for their drive-thru.
The drive-thru opens at 4:30pm tonight and goes until 7pm or until the fish is gone. In addition to fried walleye, the Knights of Columbus are serving a baked potato, corn, bun, bar, and the condiments and silverware to go with it. The cost is a $20 donation per meal.
