Crow Wing County holding Land Use Workshop April 23rd

(Brainerd, MN) — Crow Wing County and the Land Services Department will be holding a land use informational workshop regarding land ordinance revisions, residential stormwater management requirements, land use permit regulations and requirements, and many other topics scheduled for April 23rd from 8:30am-12pm virtually via Microsoft TEAMS.
The workshop is being developed for residents of Crow Wing County and contractors working around lakes in Crow Wing County, but all are welcome to attend. Agenda items that will be covered include Residential Stormwater Management requirement in Crow Wing County, Building and buying in floodplain areas, Dirt moving and other shoreland rules and regulations, Public Hearing Process overview, GIS Interactive map review, Land Use Ordinance revisions, and SCWD/DNR/other grants.
