City of Hill City Council to discuss CIP, agreements and projects

(Hill City, MN) — The City of Hill City Council will be holding their March meeting Tuesday night from the City Hall Community Room, following the rescheduling of their meeting for Township Elections on March 9th.
The Council will review Department Reports including the Hill City Fire Departments Annual Report, the Land Use Committee providing an update on 250 Henrietta Avenue, and the Park Improvement Committee needing to set a meeting date.
Old Business for the Council will provide updates on the Capital Improvement Plan, establish a date and allocate money for dumpsters for the Hill City Clean-up date, and an appeal update from a citizen.
New Business will cover a good portion of the meeting with approval being sought for the Municipal Maintenance Agreement for CSAH 33, a donation for First Call 211, Building Permit and Tax Abatement for Phil Gerber of Northland Hydraulic, and a Subordination request. The Council will also look into bids for the Hill City Police Department Squad Car Bids, and approval for adjustments for the 2021 Fund Balance and a resolution for recognition of the LED sign/billboard.
The City of Hill City Council will meet 6pm Tuesday night from the City Hall Community Room.
