Norman County Crops Show Goes Virtual this Wednesday

Ada, MN — The annual Norman County Crop Show is back, but this year it joins the long list of events that have gone virtual. The Crop Show will take place this Wednesday, February 17th at 2pm and can be viewed online at www.yourliveevent.com or you can also listen on 106.5 KRJB. It’s being hosted by the Norman County Extension Office in conjunction with the Minnesota Soybean and Corn Growers Association. Norman County’s new Extension Educator Heather Dufault says although they weren’t given much of an option, they are excited to present the annual Crop Show in the new virtual format.

Seven speakers are lined up for this year’s Norman County Crop Show, including Randy Tufton with Norman County FSA, UMN Extension Educators Anthony Hanson and Angie Peltier, Mike Skaug with the Soybean Growers Association, Katie Tangen with Ag Country Farm Credit Services, Austin Holy of American Crystal Sugar, and newly elected Congresswoman Michelle Fischbach.
