Fosston, MN — County covid-19 numbers are declining, and the vaccine continues to get rolled out indicating that there just might be a light at the end of the tunnel. For the Fosston School District, they’re doing their part in reaching that light by getting their staff vaccinated. Superintendent Sue Chase shared the good news about staff members receiving their first round of the vaccine.

The vaccine is optional to take according to Superintendent Chase. She also adds that they had a smaller number of people sign up for the vaccine but once more information came out more people decided to jump on the list.

Superintendent Chase says she is also excited because they have begun conversations on how they can do prom and graduation this year. Two events that were of course heavily affected at this time last year.
