Isle City Council welcomes Department heads back during February 9th meeting

(Isle, MN) — The Isle City Council welcomed back their Department heads in-person with their regular Tuesday night meeting on February 9th from the Isle City Council Chambers.
After amending the agenda to add a Closed Session for Eminent Domain, Isle City Clerk Jamie Hubbell spoke to us about the annual renewals of contracts and requests.
A Public Hearing for the property easement of Eminent Domain also took place.
Department Reports offered a welcoming back of department heads for the first time in 2021.
Unfinished business included a tabling of discussion for the Merit Lot and a petition on the City Right-of-Way in Eastside Township that runs right up to the Isle Airport. New Business included donations and a grant proposal.
Under her Clerkâs Report, Hubbell noted Utility Assistance for Isle residents and a grant being awarded for an electronic vehicle charging station.
The Isle City Council will next meet on Tuesday, March 9th at 6pm from the Isle City Hall Council Chambers.
