Conservation officer Bob Mlynar updates on Outdoor safety, Ice Fishing regulations

(Aitkin, MN) — DNR Conservation officer Bob Mlynar was back to talk about outdoor safety and ice fishing regulations on the lakes and much more with our monthly conversation. 

Before getting into winter related information, Officer Mlynar spoke about the deer feeding ban that remains in effect for Aitkin County.

Back to more seasonal activity, Mlynar says the ice fishing has not been as good as it could be this time of year.

There was some helpful information on ice houses and the need for licenses on them.

To clear up any confusion on whether to take your fish house off the lake or not…

Mlynar also talked about those snowmobile riders to be weary of where and who’s land you are riding on.
