Deerwood City Council meets February 1st at 6pm

(Deerwood, MN) — The City of Deerwood Council will be holding their regular meeting Monday night at 6pm from the Deerwood City Council Chambers at the Auditorium for further updates on the Infrastructure Project and City issues.
The Council will look for approval on Establishment and Operation of Bank Accounts and a donation of Michael Hackney for Cemetery Upkeep.
The City Infrastructure Project will have updates on Contract Payment Authorization for a contract for the New Water Tower and Well, Water Tank MHPR Proposal, and the Water Tower Logo.
New Business for the Council will include the Lift Station, a Casual Officer’s Pay Increase, Bonding Information, a USDA Agency Loan Closing, and Truck Financing.
City Department Reports will also feature information from the Public Works Department on the MN Rural Water conference.
The Council will have a Closed Session for the Chief of Police Contract before adjournment of the meeting.
The Deerwood City Council meets at 6pm Monday night from the Deerwood Auditorium.
