Erskine, MN — Many schools have been in some sort of hybrid learning for most of this school and a handful of others throughout the state have even been in distance learning for the entire year so far. However, with some declining covid numbers and the vaccine being rolled out across the State of Minnesota, the Win E Mac School has set a date to bring 7th through 12th graders back to full in person learning according to Principal Kevin McKeever.
The decision was made at a meeting on Wednesday evening and was decided on internally before the School District made an official public announcement. The move back to in person learning while exciting, still comes with some risk as things can change quickly. Principal McKeever reminds folks of some guidelines that will still need to be followed when the district is back in person.
Principal McKeever says, “It is great news, we’ve been waiting a long long time. Hopefully we can get things rolling and have some normalcy…Lots of things are going on now, so its’s a good sign.”
