Norman County East High School Returns to Full, In-Person Learning February 1st
Twin Valley, MN — All Norman County East Students will return to full, in-person education on Monday, February 1st. The elementary has been in-person all year long, but the high school at this point is currently in a hybrid model. But now that COVID-19 has slowed significantly in the county, Norman County East High School Principal Dustin Flaten says they are excited to have all students back in the classrooms for the first time this year.
Despite returning to “normal,” Principal Flaten says they will need to make some changes to the operations with more students back in the building.
This year has been a challenge with close contacts and quarantine requirements, so Flaten encourages families and community members to continue good COVID behaviors so they can avoid going back to hybrid or distance learning for the rest of the year.
The Norman County East Elementary will continue to do in-person learning all five days each week.
