ISD 361 Update with Superintendent Kevin Grover

Ahead of the wrapping up the first semester of school year, ISD 361 Superintendent Kevin Grover joined The Morning Show to update the borderland.
As of Tuesday, there were two active coronavirus cases among school students in the district. While any number other than zero is not ideal, Grover says, it could certainly be worse.
Early in the fall semester, guidance set forth by the Department of Health led ISD 361 to a decision based on cases numbers. With case numbers slowing down in Koochiching County, have they revisited their hybrid learning format?
This year, the return of winter sports closely coincides with the end of the fall semester. Grover says that the return of basketball and hockey have been a bright spot, though he is unsure if certain restrictions will be lifted as the season progresses.
