Ada Borup School Handling updated Covid Guidance
Ada, MN – The Ada Borup School Board met for the first time in 2021 on Tuesday morning at the Ada Borup School. Superintendent Aaron Cook said enrollment is up 8 students from Christmas break, and also shared that they are working on a plan, if Covid numbers allow, to get all students back in the classroom full time.
Also Cook shared some of the information regarding the new guidance from the state of Minnesota in regards to having students in the classroom has brought some concern to area school districts.
With the return to activities in the school, Superintendent Cook says it’s more than just sports, but it’s bringing a different sense of importance to the classroom as well.
Superintendent Cook also commended the staff for all of their flexibility at the Ada Borup School as the dial continues to turn on the covid-19 pandemic and its effects on schools.
