  1. Request approval of Year 2021 license renewals that may include tobacco and/or liquor applications, as presented – Farias Enterprises LLC dba Barajas Mexican Grill (Council action)
  • Consider Charter Commission recommendation to abolish the Police Civil Service Commission, Pete Kalar, Chairman (Council action by unanimous motion) (Audio from Chief Maston was not usable.)
  • Planning Commission recommendation on Resolution No. __-2021 for Conditional Use Permit application of Hollie Bahr, Posh Relief, LLC, to allow Home Occupation (Massage Therapy) at 701 7th St.in the R-2A zoning district, Kelly Meyers (Council action)
  • Approve Hollie Bahr, Posh Relief, LLC massage therapy license for 2021 (Council action)
  • Approve Dental Insurance, Group 023772 renewal with no rate increases from National Insurance Services (Ameritas Life Insurance Corp), effective January 1, 2021, and authorize signatures (Council action)
  • Presentation on proposed Capital Improvement Plan for 2021 – 2025, Ted Brokaw, Director of Public Works (Council information)
