(McGregor, MN) — The McGregor Public School District is continuing their efforts to return to in-person learning in mid-January, and from our conversation with Superintendent Brad Johnson that logic is holding strong after weeks of distance learning.
Superintendent Johnson says the plan to return high schoolers to the classroom is predicated on meetings coming up after the New Year.
With the change to distance learning before Thanksgiving, the McGregor area community had their concerns about how soon the change would happen.
With high school sports being able to start practices on January 4th, the Mercs Basketball teams will be getting back in the gym.
