Aitkin City Council Meeting for December 21st

(Aitkin, MN) — The Aitkin City Council will be holding their final meeting in 2020 on Monday from the Aitkin Public Library at 6pm, which will mark the final meetings for Mayor Gary Tibbitts and Council member Erin Wagner.
The Council will look to approve a resolution on Authorized Signatures & Use of Stamp and an Engagement Letter of Year End 2020 Audit for CliftonLarsonAllen.
City Administrator Rose Beverly will be bring to the Council the 2021 City Meeting Schedule, proposals from Bolton & Menk on the Capital Improvement Plan Update and Bunker Hills Drive projects, a resolution on Providing Temporary Relief to the Riverside Pub, and a new hire Recommendation for Warming House Attendant in Jacob Schanz.
New Business will include a Notice of Retirement for Aitkin Police Chief Tim Catlin and Separation Agreement and Release and Waiver of all Claims. Presentations will also take place for a Certificate of Appreciation for Council member Erin Wagner and Distinguished Service Award for out-going Mayor Gary Tibbitts.
The Aitkin City Council is set to meet Monday night at 6pm from the Community Room of the Aitkin Public Library.
