(Brainerd, MN) — Crow Wing County Highway Maintenance will be closed on Thursday, November 27th, in observance of Thanksgiving.
County Maintenance crews will be active throughout the week with brush and nuisance tree removal along County Road 170 in Baxter, CSAH 43 in Gail Lake Township, CSAH 30 in Ironton and Wolford Township, and County Road 105 in Ross Lake Township early this week.
This work will force crews to work in the drive lane and on the shoulders simultaneously, creating the need to close one or more lanes of traffic. Signing, flaggers, or portable traffic lights will control the traffic flow through these work areas.
County snowplows are prepared and ready if snow or ice conditions are present, possibly Tuesday morning.
