By Paul Vold firstname.lastname@example.org (11/3/20)
(Aitkin, MN) — Aitkin County CARE Executive Director Lynn Jacobs was back for her monthly update on how the CARE clients have been doing heading into November and the vast changes in weather the last few weeks.
CARE does offer transportation for their clients to their medical appointments near and far, but some changes are coming as COVID-19 continues.
The established protocols, now over 7 months into the pandemic, have provided new opportunities with partnerships with transportation services.
CARE continues to open with more services heading to the end of the calendar year.
The need for more respite workers continues for CARE.
Online classes are also being offered for Seniors to be aware of possible Medicare Fraud.
Jacobs also went on to talk about Meals on Wheels, other classes and programs offered by CARE, and Election information with our full conversation. Contact Aitkin County CARE by calling them at 218-927-1383, email email@example.com, or visit their website www.aitkincountycare.com.
